    hi, Tanemon --

actually, just arrived in India yesterday from Paris.

we spent a week there, my husband and I, taking a few of our students from America around to the intense, beautiful, amazing spiritual power spots that can be found in certain cathedrals, churches, and chapels in and around Paris -- most of them places where the Divine Mother has been worshipped for more than a thousand years, and one small chapel in Paris where the Mother actually appeared in 1830, in the form of Mary, walked in, sat down, and proceeded to tell the immediate future of France to a very young novitiate named Catherine LaBoure. (Catherine LaBoure was made a saint in the Catholic church in the 1940s -- mostly, I think, because of the unbelievable amount of healing and other miracles that have happened as a result of people coming to that church and asking the Divine Mother for help.)

thousands and thousands of miracles have been documented there -- it is a super-powerful, uplifting place called the Chapel of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal. (you can search on google and find the chapel's official site. it's really something.)

the first time I walked into that chapel, I literally burst into tears and couldn't stop crying for about 30 minutes -- the Mother's energy is that strong and palpable there. it really felt like power spots I've visited in India.

we also went to Chartres, the Gothic Cathedral built on the site of an ancient Kali temple -- there is a black Madonna statue there, carved in the 1500s, who is completely alive. and she is much more a Kali figure than a Mary figure per se -- the energy is completely different from other Marian churches and cathedrals.

the local Indian population go to Chartres around the time of the Navarathri, the Nine Nights of the Mother Divine festival in October, to celebrate the Kali Puja in front of that black Madonna.

I saw her years ago, before I had any experience with the Divine Mother, myself, and although I thought the statue was powerful it didn't really grab my attention or my heart. this time was a radically different experience -- the five of us meditated in front of Her for more than an hour and no one wanted to leave. Her energy was roaring, vibrant, blessing, edgy -- really incredible.

now we're all in South India, home of the Divine Mother, for sure and for real. it's a pleasure to be here, especially during this highly auspicious full moon coming up on the 18th.

of course, I'm always sending huge blessing and healing and prayers to the folks on tribe.net -- I love this group and the people I've met in other tribe discussions here, over the last few years, and inevitably the energy starts to get directed that way whenever I'm praying or meditating while hanging out at a divine power spot.

Penukonda, India, where I am now (and will be until the 23rd July) is one of the most powerful places on the earth -- and its influence and divinity is growing quickly, it seems, each month that passes...........

thanks for your kind thoughts -- right back atcha --

    in Her love,

    Alx

        yo, Ganesh! *grinning*

I just SAW Mohini today -- we spent a couple of hours grinding sandalwood paste together. have you ever done that? it's amazing, as a spiritual process. you get a large piece of sandalwood, yes, literally, the wood, and then you grind it on a wet bumpy stone, and keep the stone wet, and little tiny pieces of the sandalwood come off on the stone and mix with the water to make a beautiful, uplifting sandal paste. it takes HOURS even to get a small handful of this substance.

everyone in the whole ashram has been doing this, in shifts.

we're going to use it to put on the statue of Shirdi Sai Baba -- the living statue, ie, he's really alive, not just a statue any more -- in the main temple, on the Guru Purnima day. I think it's a kind of high divine 'thank you' from all of us in exchange for the unbelievable experiences he's giving everyone here.

haven't seen Victoria yet -- you know she's Jonathan's niece, yes, Jonathan being my husband? -- too funny! -- I think she's coming either today or tomorrow. we're expected to be 400 people by tomorrow -- this tiny ashram holding that many people is pretty wild. usually there are only like maybe 50 students pending time here. 400+ is a real stretch.

anyway, I'll give your love to both of them -- and KNOW, just know, that we'll be thinking of you, as well, from Penukonda.

the energy here is breath-taking. many many many thousands of saints are buried on this ground, as well as living in the huge mountain behind the ashram itself (some siddhas have been there for at least hundreds of years, yes, still alive and meditating to help the planet) -- you just wouldn't believe what an astounding, energetically pristine place this is. I'm feeling super-blessed to be here, this time around (even though I lived here for many years), and to be here with about 50 of our students from the Northern California area.

they are all getting geared up for experiences with the Mother Divine.

        pretty exciting. stay tuned....

        namaste, all !

        hi, everyone --

well, I'm still in South India, having come from California for a few weeks, to enjoy the high divine energy of the Guru Purnima time (the Full Moon of the Guru, happens once a year) here.

this year, my husband and I traveled with a group of about 50 students and friends from America, and brought them to a high power spot in India, to receive the blessings of a powerful guru lineage (that includes Jesus Christ) and the divine energy healing and abilities have really been flowing.

I don't know if I've ever been part of such an incredible convocation of divine characters, before, in my life. seeing about 400 people from all over the world, including America, parts of Europe (Western and Eastern), Singapore, India, Japan and other places, all coming together to receive unbelievable energy and blessings to go and heal the world -- it has been breath-taking.

I have to keep pinching myself to remind myself I'm not dreaming, this is really happening. in the old days, when I used to visit this powerful holy site of Penukonda, 100 people was considered over-crowded! and many of them weren't super-serious, committed spiritual students yearning to become spiritual masters.

over the last few weeks I've witnessed nearly 400 divine souls in the making -- open-hearted, healthy, happy souls, serene and joyful and serious about doing hard work, ready to go out and bring immense light into the darkened corners of this world.

there's a beautiful poem that Paramahansa Yogananda recited at the moment he took his mahasamadhi (conscious exit from his body), in front of a huge formal dinner crowd in Los Angeles, "My India", in which he referenced the 'soldiered saints of India' coming to the West to conquer its heart.........

and I've been aware over the last few days that I've been participating in those ranks, and seeing first-hand the development of a kind of army of divine characters who are coming back to the West armed and ready to tackle the suffering of the world and relieve it.

after all these years of working and working, developing faith and patience, of doing hard sadhana and beautiful seva (service), I can't tell you all how thrilling this is, seeing the divine's dream come into fruition now and starting to really fly.

I swear, you can practically feel the whole world's pulse shifting from here, as the divine grace has been flowing out to the whole planet in a sublime way, not just to the few hundred international students gathered at this sacred spot.

from my heart, I wanted to share this with you and send some of these incomparable blessings your way.

I'll be leaving India in a few days, and traveling back to my home in Northern California to continue my spiritual work and intense meditations there.... (reachable at www.karmatalk.com, as usual................)

in the Divine Mother and Father's love,

        namaste,

        Alx

Gosh! hardly know what to say. Your experience there sounds beyond-fantastic! Beautiful. Thanks for taking time to write, of course.

And when you wrote: "from my heart, I wanted to share this with you and send some of these incomparable blessings your way." Well, I for one was quite touched & grateful. Thank you, Alx...

well, after any deep supernatural experience, there's a period of digesting. I think we all went through yugas in a few days -- unbelievable karmic washing, unspeakable divine blessings heaped on everyone who was there in India.... I mean, it was really something to experience, the god is so generous.

so -- we're all back in the USA now, in our respective areas, and I think most people are trying to digest the energy and the experiences they've just received. for myself, I'm mostly spacy and meditating a lot whether I'm formally meditating or doing activities -- kinda all blending together, day to day.

one thing I've noticed; the intensity of healings (I did one today) has escalated about a thousand-fold since this visit to South India. being linked to that powerful place is an incredible accelerator of accessing the cosmic energy to let it use me as an instrument of healing. I can't really express how grateful I am for this, or how inspired I am to share the healings and the knowledge from this new ancient tradition.

            Alx
